National AIDS Trust needs our help. On World AIDS Day last year, the Government pledged to end new transmissions of HIV by 2030 and improve support for those living with HIV.

They promised us an HIV Action Plan to deliver on this ambition. We now need them to make sure there is new money for HIV in the upcoming Autumn budget to fund this Action Plan.

We need you to help, by writing to the Chancellor and Secretary of State for Health to ask them to do this.

Write to the Government here.

Time is running out. The Comprehensive Spending Review, which is the process by which the Treasury allocates the UK government budget for spending on public services, is already underway. A decision is expected in October.

We must ensure there is enough money in the budget to win the fight against HIV and support everyone living with HIV.

More money would mean the ability to test more people, wider access to the HIV prevention drug PrEP for everyone who needs it, and better support for people living with HIV.

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to end the HIV epidemic in this country for good.
