Now + Then is a volunteer-led project. Our team of volunteers are involved in all aspects of the project and there is a range of volunteering opportunities. We provide high quality training to enable you to use and develop your skills.

The two key volunteer roles for the Now + Then project are Volunteer Oral Historian and Volunteer Archive Researcher. Other volunteering opportunities include helping to develop the:

  • Content of the Now + Then website
  • Now + Then exhibition and book
  • Now + Then film/art project; and
  • Supporting Now + Then public events
