Children and Young People’s Support Worker
As a result of a successful grant from the Steve Morgan Foundation, we are recruiting for a Children and Young People’s Support Worker to join the team to develop our support offer for younger people living with HIV and their families.

You will have suitable experience and passion for the work of our organisation and an understanding of the issues facing young people and children growing up with HIV.
You will provide emotional and social support and HIV education to children, young people and young adults who are living with HIV in Merseyside. Your main duties will include one to one support and emotional/social peer group support.
You will work with multi-disciplinary teams across the region. You will advocate for young people and their families to other organisations such as local authorities and schools.
