Support

Sahir House Support Service is for people living with and affected by HIV in Merseyside.  You can self-refer or be referred via a health and social care provider. All support is confidential and after an assessment with a case worker they will direct you to the support to help you live well, informed and independently with HIV.

Sahir House and COVID-19
Sahir House continues to follow the Government recommendations and our offices remain closed.  All staff are working from home and are available via their work mobile phone and email.  Any general enquiries to info@sahir.uk.com and will be directed to the appropriate member of staff who will respond.

We may take longer to get back to you as we prioritise the most urgent issues and that you may not always be working with your usual case worker so please be patient with us during this time.  With all issues we will always do our very best to get you the help you need and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during the months ahead.

Due to data protection laws and the recent instructions regarding GDPR, we are reminding you about our retention period of the information that you have given us.  We store files and electronic information on our database for a maximum of 7 years.  If you have not used our services within this time we will delete all information and any paperwork will be securely and confidentially destroyed.  Privacy notice here.  Please contact us if you wish to discuss your information and how your records are kept.
