Sahir House support services are for people living with and affected by HIV in the Merseyside area. You can self-refer or be referred via a health and social care service provider. All support is confidential and after an assessment with a case worker they will direct you to the areas of support to help you live well, informed and independently with HIV.

Service User personal information at Sahir House
This is to inform all service users that due to data protection laws and the recent instructions regarding GDPR, we are reminding you about our retention period of the information that you have given us.
We will only store files and electronic information about you on our database for a maximum of 7 years – if you have not used our services within this time we will delete all information about you and any paperwork will be securely and confidentially destroyed.
If you decide to re- access services at some point that’s fine, we will simply start a new file and data entry from that date.
There is a privacy notice on our website here and we are happy to discuss how we record and keep information about you at any time so please contact us for more information if required.
