We understand that for many of our service users, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, these current times can be challenging, and sometimes difficult to navigate.

Feelings of isolation and loneliness, especially around the festive period, or other significant events, can be overwhelming. Sahir delivers free courses of counselling to people living with HIV and the LGBTQ+ community, however we have put together this comprehensive list of services and charities who can provide immediate help and advice for those facing a mental health crisis.
